Meet our Resident Voice Advocate at Camden Health & Rehab, Sherry Hicks! Sherry is our leader in customer service excellence for our center! The Resident Voice program is designed to meet and exceed all of our customer’s expectations on their journey to wellness at Camden Health & Rehab. Sherry meets with all our new resident arrivals and their families within 24 hours, spends time getting to know their personal goals and preferences, gets to know the person and what they want, and advocates for all of their wants and needs throughout the duration of their stay with us.
