Ruby has been with Camden Healthcare since April 2017. Ruby and her husband brought their family of 3 daughters and one son to Benton County in 2017 from the Memphis area. She has been a hard-working CNA since 1996. I asked Ruby why she picked healthcare as a career. She told me, “ She wanted to do something her kids would be proud of her for, caring for people.” You won’t find a purer reason than that. On her time off, she enjoys watching her kids ride horses and hopes one day to have the time to do it herself. Many of Ruby’s residents and their families give wonderful testimonies to her care and dedication to her work.
